These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SeeA App Provider, including SeeA Player, SeeA Reminder, Doubt Time (when released), ONE News, StudyTube, and other tools provided by SeeA App Provider (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing our apps or website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Our Services

You may use SeeA App Provider tools for personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
Institutions may use our tools only through an official SeeA Edu Membership or written agreement.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or redistribute our apps

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

• Use our tools for unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activity

• Upload content that violates copyright or privacy laws

2. Accounts & Access

Some features may require creating an account or redeeming an institutional promo code.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

3. Data & Privacy

SeeA App Provider is built with user-first privacy principles:

• We store data locally on your device unless required for syncing

• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties

• Institutional tools only access anonymized usage data

• All local databases are encrypted where supported

You can delete your data anytime by uninstalling the app.

4. Institutional Use (SeeA Edu Membership)

Institutions using the SeeA Edu Membership receive:

• Branding access

• Promo codes

• Licensing rights

• Dashboard tools (when released)

Institutions may not:

• Resell licenses

• Misuse promo codes

• Copy or replicate our apps

• Claim ownership over SeeA tools or branding

Membership may be revoked for misuse.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, app designs, features, and branding are owned by SeeA App Provider.

Users and institutions may not:

• Use our branding without permission

• Copy or recreate our apps

• Distribute copyrighted materials from the apps

6. Updates & Changes

We may update features or terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Device damage

• Data loss caused by user error

• Third-party content accessed through the browser

• Network or connectivity issues

Our apps are provided “as is.”

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using our services at any time by uninstalling the apps.
